Getting started

Now that you're more familiar with Twitter, here's a step-by-step tutorial of how to sign up for a Twitter account and create a basic profile, courtesy of Tannis Emann's fantastic Personal Learning Network (PLN) building site for teachers. We'll discuss PLNs a little later on on the page entitled Finding others to follow (but make sure you're clear on how to use Twitter before heading over there).
